• All activities that occur under your account

• Use Services for anything other than hosting game servers for their intended purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Engage in cryptocurrency mining or any resource-intensive activities unrelated to gaming
• Perform or attempt denial of service attacks or network-based attacks
• Host, distribute, or facilitate access to illegal content
• Use Services for any illegal activities or activities that violate game publishers' terms
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent our security measures
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our Services without written permission
• Use automated scripts or bots to abuse our Services
• Engage in activities that may damage Severtex's reputation

Each server is allocated specific resources based on your purchased plan. While we do not impose strict CPU or storage limits initially, we operate under a fair use policy.

5.2 Fair Use Policy

• Servers should be used only for their intended gaming purpose
• Excessive resource usage that impacts other customers may result in service limitations
• We reserve the right to implement resource caps if usage is deemed unreasonable
• Storage should be limited to game-related files, maps, and reasonable modifications

5.3 Resource Violations

6.1 Pricing and Billing

• All prices are listed in GBP or EURO and subject to change
• Services are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is due on the service due date
• We accept payments via Stripe (credit/debit cards) and PayPal

6.2 Automatic Billing

If you choose automatic billing:

• Your payment method will be charged automatically on each billing cycle
• You can cancel automatic billing at any time through your account panel
• It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method remains valid

• No refunds are provided for the remainder of the current billing period after cancellation
• No refunds are provided for automatic renewal payments

All services and add-ons are non-refundable except as specified in the money-back guarantee above.
